[SPARK-9530] [MLlib] ScalaDoc should not indicate LDAModel.describeTopics
and DistributedLDAModel.topDocumentsPerTopic as approximate
Remove ScalaDoc that suggests describeTopics and topDocumentsPerTopic are
approximate.
