@jkbradley Doesn't `LogisticRegression` just handle binary labels for now?
I think we can just leave handling of multiclass as and when it is supported.
But for now, I think we should have a `ml/summary` and refactor it into
`RegressionSummary`, `ClassificationSummary` and reuse it as much as possible
as I cannot think of any specific metrics that would be suitable only for
`LogisticRegression`
I can do that after this as merged.
