[SPARK-9543][SQL] Add randomized testing for UnsafeKVExternalSorter.
For these low level operations that we can define correct behaviors, it is
often useful to employ randomized testing.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rxin/spark kvsorter-randomized-test
