    So would it be a problem if the user goes ahead and clicks on all of the 
applications? Looks like we still need `spark.history.retainedApplications` 
because of that. Though it seems that this value now represents the cache size 
for rendered SparkUI, rather than the number of SparkUIs that can be displayed 
to the user.
