[SPARK-9582] [ml] Clarified log likelihood for LDA models
LocalLDAModel.logLikelihood resembles that for gensim, but it is not
analogous to DistributedLDAModel.likelihood. The former includes the log
likelihood of the inferred topics, but the latter does not. This PR refactors
the former to separate out the log likelihood of the inferred topics.
