[SPARK-9602] remove actor words from comments

Although we have hidden Akka behind RPC interface, I found that the
Akka/Actor-related comments are still spreading everywhere. To make it
consistent, we shall remove "actor"/"akka" words from the comments...
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
