Hey @pwendell, This patch might do a little more than asked, one of them is
it checks for experimental annotations too. I added them thinking it will be
useful, forgive me if it isn't. Can be easily corrected. Otherwise I just
tested this by removing methods which were private[spark] in 1.0 etc.. We can
definitely evolve this over the time. A few things I still think needs testing
esp. ignores that have default arguments. (they end with $default$*)
