    Could you create a JIRA for it?
    
    The reason we can't fix it in Pyrolite is that Spark SQL does not support 
timezone internally, we should drop the timezone (converting it to UTC). And we 
had change the serialization for PySpark do that in Python other than in 
Pyrolite (there are other conversions that could not dependent on Pyrolite 
easily).
