[WIP][SPARK-9654][ML][PYSPARK] Add string indexer inverse in PySpark
This adds the inverse method on the String Indexer in PySpark. This does
not yet add the ability for user specified labels which I'll do in a follow up.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/holdenk/spark
