@mengxr actually the unit test for this would look really funky since it's
really hard to simulate the case where creationSiteInfo is null (this basically
only happens when you deserialize a RDD, where the RDD is created without a
call to the constructor, which is the only thing that initializes the
creationSiteInfo field under the hood).
