Hmm, looks like PYTHONPATH is not being set up properly by some python
tests. It turns out I am not the only suffering from this - the build before
mine
(https://amplab.cs.berkeley.edu/jenkins/job/SparkPullRequestBuilder/40170/console)
failed because of the same reason. I am working on something else at the
moment but if it's not fixed by the time I get back to this, I will take a look
at the orthogonal cause that's causing all these test builds to fail.
