[SPARK-9867][SQL] Move utilities for binary data into ByteArray
The utilities such as Substring#substringBinarySQL and
BinaryPrefixComparator#computePrefix for binary data are put together in
ByteArray for easy-to-read.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/maropu/spark CleanUpForBinaryType
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
