Alright, I just triggered a bunch of builds after fixing the obvious
sources of test failures. Previously we had tests that completely overrode our
`beforeAll`s and `afterAll`s, which could mean (1) the `SQLContext` was never
started, leading to NPEs, or (2) the `SQLContext` was never stopped, leading to
multiple `SparkContext`s in the same JVM. These cases are now both fixed.
