Good to deprecate it, but still found that Netty is slower than NIO in some
cases even increased the connection per peer configuration, as discussed in
[SPARK-4740](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-4740), maybe we should
dig a lot into it before removing the codes :).
