[SPARK-10036][SQL]Load JDBC driver in DataFrameReader.jdbc and
DataFrameWriter.jdbc
This PR uses `JDBCRDD.getConnector` to load JDBC driver before creating
connection in `DataFrameReader.jdbc` and `DataFrameWriter.jdbc`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
