@JoshRosen There seems to be some problem on some of the Jenkins workers
and we get errors which look like
```
running git clean -fdx
warning: failed to remove 'target/'
Removing target/
Build step 'Execute shell' marked build as failure
```
I've seen this in other PRs as well -- Any ideas what is causing this ?
