After increasing log verbosity to DEBUG, logs of failed test cases showed
that the reason of those timeouts is quite simple: Thrift server processes
initialization was just slow when Jenkins is busy. It's not that Thrift server
logs are suppressed, they just didn't got opportunity to show up. So I'm
increasing those timeouts.
