The last commit, where I make the code behave the same in yarn-cluster and
yarn-client mode:

Before my change, cluster mode will only forward configs set in system
properties and ignore configs set through other means.
Without a proper explanation from @witgo, based just on my understanding of
his patch, it looks to me like most, if not all of the changes, are already
covered by my patch.
