Hey Imran, I'm curious, have you actually worked on stuff in the scheduler?
I don't know what you mean about inability to deal with complexity in it, but
it has gotten simpler over time (e.g. eliminating the ability for jobs to
execute locally). If you look in this patch, it's only 100-200 lines of changes
to the scheduler; the rest is docs and tests. And as a whole, the DAGScheduler
is only around 1600 lines.
