well I may be wrong about assembly folder but there is no `core/target`
folder in the
[tachyon-0.7.1-bin.tar.gz](https://github.com/amplab/tachyon/releases/download/.1/tachyon-0.7.1-bin.tar.gz)
file (this is the one that script downloads for me automatically)
hence error:
