[SPARK-10306] Add dependency so sbt can resolve (and then evict)
Sometimes running hive/update in sbt inside of Spark results in a ivy
resolution failure, a simple work around is adding it as a dependency so that
it can be resolved and then subsequently evicted.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/holdenk/spark
SPARK-10306-sbt-hive-update-issue
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/8471.patch
