Added maxlength for field metadata so string types can be converted to
VARCHAR(n).
Added JDBCDialects for OracleDialect, NetezzaDialect and modifed DB2Dialect
to use VARCHAR when maxlength exists.
Modified existing getJDBCType function to take 2 parameters DataType and
MetaData, so maxlength metadata can be used in JDBCDialects.
