@mateiz I've added a test case for task resubmission -- that test case
passes before these changes, because the same `Task` is reused in that case,
see
[`TaskSetManager.executorLost()`](https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/scheduler/TaskSetManager.scala#L781).
In any case, its a good test to add. It would be good to double check that
the test I added is simulating the right behavior. .
