[SPARK-9962] Decision Tree training: prevNodeIdsForInstances.unpersist() at
end of training
NodeIdCache: prevNodeIdsForInstances.unpersist() needs to be called at end
of training.

Add cleanupCache which deletes checkpoints and unpersists to NodeIdCache
and have ML's RandomForest call in place of deleteAllCheckpoints.
