In my opinion, if the numIter is set to 0, then call Pregel, the pagerank
value of each vertex should be 1, which is as the same as the traditional
definition of pagerank. Therefore, i think initialmessage should be set to 1,
in order to let msgSum = 1 in the first round. At last, "resetProb + (1.0 -
resetProb) * msgSum = 1"
