Hm, that's a good point -- would they be on the same domain though? I think
this setting allows that. There is another value it can take on to allow
framing from a specific other domain. _That_ could be configurable ... though
I'd love to avoid another config. I am not sure how common this attack is
though I hesitate to ignore it too.
