BTW another thing you should consider is just renaming HashShuffleReader to
BlockStoreShuffleReader and still leaving in the abstract interface. The
interface was there in case we want to do things like push-based shuffle in the
future, and I don't think it's a hard interface to understand. But the name
Hash is indeed confusing.
