Hi @jhu-chang , can you elaborate at what scenario emptyRDD will introduce
undefined behavior, I'm afraid I could not clearly catch what you mentioned. If
emptyRDD will introduce unexpected behavior, I think it is a bug should be
fixed. But I can assure you `None` will bring in problems, so this patch should
be changed.
