I see, `HistoryServerArguments` doesn't actually parse the final arg
already. I think it could easily; `case _ =>` just also sets the 'dir' argument
but issues a warning. If that's all there is to it, that seems tidier to not
split arg handling across bash and Scala. But maybe I'm missing the reason that
doesn't quite work.
