[SPARK-7275] [SQL] Make LogicalRelation public
Given LogicalRelation (and other classes) were moved from sources package
to execution.sources package, removed private[sql] to make LogicalRelation
public to facilitate access for data sources.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/gweidner/spark SPARK-7275
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/8965.patch
