    [SPARK-10957][ML] setParams changes quantileProbabilities unexpectly in 
PySpark's AFTSurvivalRegression

    If user doesn't specify `quantileProbs` in `setParams`, it will get reset 
to the default value. We don't need special handling here. @vectorijk 
@yanboliang
