This is not correct.
(i) The return type of that RPC is `ExecutorLossReason` not `Boolean`
(ii) The reply to that RPC is actually handled by
`YarnAllocator::processCompletedContainers`. The reply does not need to be sent
immediately by the `receiveAndReply` method.
