[SPARK-11362][SQL] Use Spark BitSet in BroadcastNestedLoopJoin

We use scala.collection.mutable.BitSet in BroadcastNestedLoopJoin now. We
should use Spark's BitSet.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
