[SPARK-11396] [SQL] add native implementation of datetime function
to_unix_timestamp
`to_unix_timestamp` is the deterministic version of `unix_timestamp`, as it
accepts at least one parameters.
Since the behavior here is quite similar to `unix_timestamp`, I think the
dataframe API is not necessary here.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/adrian-wang/spark to_unix_timestamp
