Thanks for working on this @CharlesYeh . Could you please add a test case
as well? I realize this is a bit of pain b/c there aren't currently any tests
for `MasterWebUI`. But I don't think it would be too hard -- you can pass in a
mock `Master`, which just needs to send back the MasterState. I think the only
other trick is making sure you use the port the server actually binds to,
instead of just assuming it binds to the one you give it.
