[SPARK-11511][Streaming]Fix NPE when an InputDStream is not used
Just ignored `InputDStream`s that have null `rememberDuration` in
`DStreamGraph.getMaxInputStreamRememberDuration`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
