@vanzin , your suggestions are very helpful. I have updated the code
following the ideas. I use Jackson to serialize the SQL events and also
introduce a trait to register the events and feed them to the SQL listener. The
SQL implementation of the trait is loaded at runtime using
`java.util.ServiceLoader`. Can you please help take a look?
