@fazlan-nazeem Thanks for finding & fixing this. In general we try and put
the name of the JIRA and the component in the title of our PRs (makes it easier
to tracking on the pull request dashboard). So you might want to update the
title to something like "[SPARK-11582][MLLib] specifying pmml version attribute
=4.2 in the root node of pmml models", this will help the correct reviewers
find your PR faster :)
