There are many algorithms for crypto which is
configurable(SPARK_SHUFFLE_CRYPTO_CIPHER_SUITE_DEFAULT). So when we provide a
class served as the crypto codec provider, this class doesn't need to implement
all the algorithms. You can refer the test cases newly added in
CryptoCodecSuite to see how we use these configurations.
