@andrewor14 Here is the problem. Since we didn't provide public API with
force control. It is impossible to add `force = true` into `
b.killExecutors(executorIds)` below. This will change the behavior of
`sc.killExecutors()`.
```java
override def killExecutors(executorIds: Seq[String]): Boolean = {
schedulerBackend match {
case b: CoarseGrainedSchedulerBackend =>
b.killExecutors(executorIds)
case _ =>
logWarning("Killing executors is only supported in
coarse-grained mode")
false
}
}
