[SPARK-11719] [ML] Remove duplicate DecisionTreeExample under examples/ml
We have ```DecisionTreeClassificationExample``` and
```DecisionTreeRegressionExample``` for Scala/Java/Python under examples/ml, so
removed duplicate ```DecisionTreeExample```.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/yanboliang/spark spark-11719
