[SPARK-11779][DOCS] Fix reference to deprecated MESOS_NATIVE_LIBRARY
MESOS_NATIVE_LIBRARY was renamed in favor of MESOS_NATIVE_JAVA_LIBRARY.
This commit fixes the reference in the documentation.
