[SPARK-11805] free the array in UnsafeExternalSorter during spilling
After calling spill() on SortedIterator, the array inside InMemorySorter is
not needed, it should be freed during spilling, this could help to join
multiple tables with limited memory.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/davies/spark free_array
