it looks to me that it's a bug of
[`LogicalRDD`](https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/sql/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/execution/ExistingRDD.scala#L70-L73),
when we use curry constructor, we should overwrite `otherCopyArgs` that
defined in `TreeNode`, like what we do in
[`Alias`](https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/sql/catalyst/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/catalyst/expressions/namedExpressions.scala#L157-L159)
