[SPARK-12117][SQL] Fix ignored column aliases for UDF

In `CleanExpressions`, we remove all `Alias`es. For the expressions such as
`CreateStruct`, `CreateStructUnsafe` which will construct their datatype from
their expressions, the alias names will be ignored.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/viirya/spark-1 fix-udf-column-aliases
