@tnachen @andrewor14 what should be the way forward? I know about a more
ambitious plan to rewrite the Mesos scheduler. Should we still push this in the
interim, or just close and concentrate on the larger plan?
Since this is pretty close to merging, my preference would be to have this
in now, and work on the scheduler rewrite later.
