@vanzin, I have updated the patch addressing your comments. The following
changes are included:
* Mock the ```SparkEnv``` instead of instantiating a ```SparkContext``` in
```YarnShuffleEncryptionSuite```
* Remove ```initialCredentials``` method in ```YarnShuffleEncryptionSuite```
* Other code style issues addressed
