[SPARK-12489][Core][SQL][MLib]Fix minor issues found by FindBugs
Include the following changes:
1. Close `java.sql.Statement`
2. Fix incorrect `asInstanceOf`.
3. Remove unnecessary `synchronized` and `ReentrantLock`.
