@ted-yu, the Spark 1.5 SBT Scala 2.11 job is brand-new; it's not a
regression and never worked (you always had to compile with Maven for 2.11, I
think). I'm going to consider the 1.5 SBT 2.11 to be a "won't fix" for now.
However, we do need to ensure that master can build with SBT + 2.11 in
preparation for switching the pull request builder to test Scala 2.11.
