[SQL][Minor] DigestUtils.shaHex is deprecated in misc.scala
Since `DigestUtils.shaHex` is deprecated, we should replace `shaHex` with
`sha1Hex`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/yu-iskw/spark minor-shaHex
